miloodie2782: I found Angry Turtle to be a grifter when I first started playing FO76 last year during the Perk Card Machine exploit. He did a video explaining that exploit showcasing it on a YT video and told his viewers he will be using that exploit until it's fixed. Several players got banned. Angry Turtle only took that video down at Bethesda's request but the damage was done, he did it all for monetization and views at the cost of players getting banned. That video was was gaining massive views, caused major backlash, he banned players complaining in his live stream they got banned due to him and he banned them from his live stream and discord. I knew better and did not use that exploit. Angry Turtles game knowledge of 76 is surprising low. His "meta" builds are mid, cookie cutter and nothing special.

If you read that guys' comment, he's not asking "where are all of the fuel cans" he's asking about finding a group and improving. Can you please point out exactly what's shady about someone suggesting another person join their discord? The YouTuber even literally says "joining discords LIKE our Turtle Army discord". There are many LFG discords - which one should he have recommended? Are you in any of them?

Next time, post a full capture of the layout of the discord. Or better yet, make a fresh account and join the discord and show us how you got bombarded with links. I already know the answer, but if you can show me what you're implying I'll erase this comment and write that you're the greatest YouTube investigator of all time. Do literally anything to prove what you're trying to say.

I've seen your videos before and out of curiosity, I thought surely this time you were telling the truth, but if you go to the Discord you see nothing of the sort. There is one page at the very top with links to his YouTube, Twitter, YouTube membership, and Patreon. This yet again reaffirms in my mind that this kind of schizo posting about other content creators is either a result of you being massively misinformed or you have some kind of chip on your shoulder.

What kind of ridiculous thing is it to say in an "expose" that you have a "sneaking suspicion". Aren't you supposed to prove what you say? Literally, you can see how much money he makes a month off of his Patreon. You also don't even say what you suspect. More included the more you pay? nildagoat: Personally, since I started playing fallout 76 a few months ago I never really copied any youtuber builds. The first gun I ever had was a powder rifle, which was my best guess at meta damage and I was completely correct. 20k dps. I then got grand finale and elders mark builds going for my next two, never knew they were meta either. The game is FUNDAMENTALLY EASY to understand, build-wise. You get a weapon, you look at the stats. Stats say if it is good or bad. You build perks and legendaries to compliment the weapon, and then you stack any available buffs you have on your character. 9 times out of 10, you WILL do meta damage if you just simply understand basic builds. You don't need to be level 2000 with 4 star strangler heart power armor and a gauss minigun to be a top player. I see level 2000s in my servers all the time STRUGGLING to do a quarter of a boss's health with the most garbage weapon and build known to man, while I, a mere level 200, ALWAYS do 5x their damage and take out the bosses for them. I did similar when two shot explosive was a thing, with the broadsider and max crits. I killed scorchbeast queen and earle nearly solo, about 70%, while the other extremely high level players just got stunlocked into a wall or needed power armor. High level doesn't mean you are meta, or intelligent - it just means you spent a lot of time cheating xp in 15 man raids with a high intelligence build. There are so many videos that come out with the title or thumbnail talking about "120k dps! New meta! BROKEN OP! BEST BUILD EVER!" and then like 3 days later, someone else posts a better build. Clearly, what they all create is NEVER meta, or the best, or as OP as they think it is. They're just egotists that think they know how to make better builds than you. I stopped caring when I realized every new update that came out, I immediately from intuition alone how good a build would be and put it on before youtubers did. I had a broadsider build that gave me super speed and infinite reload with max sniper crits and they patched it about 2 weeks AFTER they patched the meta builds.

TL;DR Stop listening to youtubers, start reading what the game tells you. You will do fine.
