austin-kr8xg: The collectron has been bugged since it was added. You can properly collect the magazines by scrapping or storing the station, which puts it's contents in your stash. Remember to set the collected items setting and lock it again after rebuilding it.

I just started the game back in December and have been hoping they add the Silver Shroud stuff into the Automic Shop since then, since the Silver Shroud outfit and quest were some of my favorite things in Fallout 4
