XvTomcatvx: I'm sick of changing my loadouts. I've only just sorted them from the last update.

leehelck4606: make no mistake: the changes to the heavy gunner perks are a NERF, especially for those that use slow firing weapons like the gatling gun. i crunched the numbers: my gatling gun does a base damage of 266 and after the change it will only do 106 due to the loss of 60% damage given by the current perks. furthermore, prime weapon ammo will not longer spawn in the wild, making them EXTREMELY costly to use. overall this is a terrible change that will render many builds useless.

Spooky_Spookerson: The heavy gunner changes are terrible. No only we lose on a bunch of upfront damage now but all the non spinning heavy weapons like the cremator get shafted because they get no benefit from bullet storm. This was a very short sighted decision to make us waste more bullets on enemies to deal the same or lower damage than we do now. And we aren't even getting that many perk card slots back for it.

ArtyCatt: these heavy build changes suck i was barely running enough carry weight before now they’ve completely removed the reduced weapon weights. as a player who only plays on occasion now after hitting level 175 ish, every time i come back to play my perk loadouts are completely changed (usually for the worse) or nonexistent and im not a fan at all

Bri-H: So you get one stack of Bullet Storm for every 50 rounds fired, but it resets when you reload. The .50 cal and gatling gun base ammo is 250 rounds, so they can only reach 5 stacks. Only the two gatling lasers, gatling plasma, regular minigun, and gauss minigun can reach max stacks with 500 round ammo capacity at which point unless you've got something like Quad you have to reload and you're back to zero stacks again, which means you need

This game is way more casual; the player base will not remotely tolerate having to relearn the entire skill tree constantly.

Bullet Storm sounds not unlike Onslaught but for heavy weapons. I wonder if you'll be able to use the Onslaught stack cards and also the Bullet Storm cards for even more damage?

As far as the rest, let's wait and see. Once the PTS is available, there will be no shortage of youtubers doing tests. Everyone can come down off the ledge (for now)
