jamesporter2395: I dunno. Most of these seem like they were created just to add fodder to the loot pool and make it harder to find what you are looking for. Maybe if it wasn't so difficult to learn recipes for legendary mods it wouldn't be a big deal. I imagine melee feral ghoul enjoyers will like a few of them though.

purplecubeman01: Wonder when they will make a 1 star legendary mod that makes you do more damage if your a ghoul. Hell, keep it ghoul slayers even. Recycle what you have already. That way, any ghoul build can use it, feral or not.

Vs boss : furious , lucid , -35% vats, conductor or pin ( or piro in holy fire weapon)

Dead_Pool_Rising: Evade is not a thing I worry about in PA. Given that the half the evade perks do not work if you are in PA, seems a bit pointless. Maybe on an unyielding bloodied build though.

KarolusMagnus33: I feel like 2% for evade is low, although it’s not the only source of evasion. Why would I even want 10% more evade chance when there are other better defensive layers? I’m genuinely curious to see the uses of evasion, I feel like I’m sleeping on maybe.

SegaSaturn4Life: I can't give up thru-hikers as a 3 star mod. Maybe the 1 & 2 star mods. Definitely not the 3 star mod.
