Shopping Carthiddendesire3076: They mentioned they were going to have another story update for the area, hopefully it doesn’t go the way of the BoS and just gets snubbed with no real ending.
jvazacas: No, you don't have to pay 5000 caps for a head hunt. You earn 1 for free every 4 to 6 grunt hunts. You can only carry 1 at a time, but can stash them in your box to get more.
michaeljebbett160: Police batons: truly the ultimate weapon
thomasmccormick1: Honestly, the short review portion of the video can be applied to the entirety of Fallout 76. Great vid as always, Ox
nyotamwuaji6484: You aren't the only one, a good chunk of enemies are bulletsponges for absolutely no reason
mistaguido3483: A oxhorn video on a friday? A blessing!
Steel-101: I agree with that 6/10. I haven’t finished it yet but so far some of the choices that I’ve had to make feel a bit underwhelming. So far this is the weakest DLC for 76. I am having fun exploring Ohio but I really wanted more story around that rust king. Also, yeah, I am disappointed that they didn’t explain why The Ghoul was here. I do hope they give us more info in a part two for the DLC story(possibly after season two of the TV show is over). However, having a conversation with Walter Goggins in the game was pretty entertaining, I will admit.
vindurza: Head hunts are also randomly given to you for free for doing grunt hunts
skinnyjtheviewer4840: To quote one of my favorite movie quotes. “You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found absolutely wanting. Welcome to the new world mate, god save you if he feels right do so.” - A knights tale
Basically the expansion could be better, but at least we did not pay for it!
thejudgmentalcat: "Sentient roadkill" and Walt Goggins' Ghoul vouce were the only things I took away from it worth mentioning
It was obviously VERY rushed
alexisntthis: I will say we had some rather different outcomes. When first taken to the rust king, I never had to face the raiders or deathclaws. Instead I talked to Eugene right at the beginning since he’s in the cell next to you. Then talked to Silas about breaking out and then got escorted to the rust king. Told him Eugene was trying to betray him and he had me kill Silas and I got to leave. And later with Magpie, I killed the loan shark, then basically mocked her about it so she refused to help. And so she never got killed by Eugene’s betrayal in the end
TwoGunToast: I'd imagine the Ghouls lore will be tied to the show. Theyre probably expecting you to fill in the blanks using the shows lore to make educated guesses. Why is he traveling in the show? to find a specific person. its probably the exact same in the game just at a different point in the timeline.
ValTek_Armory: I'm just wanting to see them make use of the bunker under the brown house now that there's even less reason to go down to skyline valley
FadingVitals: The abraxo suitcase hunt is fun!
I’m at 112 and have difficulties to find more.
Bronson87: They will probably have more of the Ghoul in a future DLC that ties in with Season 2 fallout. Or maybe they mention Ohio in Season 2 and we get our answers then
michaeljebbett160: Welcome to the era of live service games, where content is released unfinished because it can be "fixed in post"
_mrcrypt: Thanks for the review and from confirming my strategy of staying the heck away from the Rust King.
The Abraxo quest seemed much more interesting. Looking forward to finding all the cases.
Burning Spring looks great! The environment… I can taste the grit in my teeth
Baron_von_Abstand: The DLC brought me back for some hours, then i realized why i quit the game and stopped playing.
Ian-ie3hy: Im sorry ... The December update was supposed to be and i quote...the biggest addition of content to the game ever...this is that?
I remember the caravans update...that had more content, and was dead on arrival...i reinstalled yesterday to play this huge update only to watch this video and immediately uninstall...love ya ox thanks for saving my time
stevenvasquez9869: If any of you are familiar with D&D, this expansion looked like a bunch of RAILROADING.
As Ox tried (unintentionally possibly) to jump off the script, the story would just force him to continue. (Saying to kill the Rust King is a prime example, where he just ignores the player's choice)
As a previous DM, this seemed like very lazy writing. Like the writers never assumed players would want it differently.
Seemed hollow.
Killer.Sputnik: What if the Ghoul is in Appalachia looking for the Overseer of Vault 76? Think about it - he's looking for his family and he hears about Vault 76 opening. Vault 76 being filled with prewar remnants since it was opened only 25 years after the bombs dropped. The Overseer is a prewar Vault Tec employee, The Ghoul could have tracked her down to figure out what she knew about Vault Tec and if she can help him find his family. Then he moved on to Ohio so he could set up his Bounty Hunting business. I don't know where Dom Pedro's fortress was in the tv show, looked like Louisiana - but it did not give me California vibes, so he's been out of the state before.
grum7140: I loved burning springs, mostly because I live in Ohio so seeing locations that are relatively close to my house was an amazing experience that I’ve never had before in a game. The overall vibe and feel is what really pulled me in and made me love the update
nadinewilliams5066: There is more, I don't want to give spoilers but you need to do some of the challenges
