Been held up in skyline valley for a loooong time now. Its a nice spot, but the super mutants near by constantly plink at your base, and the steel scrap node periodically gets struck by lightning, destroying extractors placed there.

DaleWRobbins: #2 has always been my go-to when I want a safe spot where I can build myself back up. I'm never surprised nor upset when I see someone else there, because I don't blame them.

I've tried to build there 2 or 3 times pre-camp update. Every single time, the walls and ceiling would eat my lighting.

Its a real shame because I had the absolute coolest camp going. A roadside shop and garage. In the garage, I'd slid a floor tile across on an angle like someone had pulled it up, to reveal a secret mineshaft kit wall-laden entrance into the underground "serial killer" themed room.

I mean, since then, I've added the butcher shop meats, the autopsy tables and the abandoned clinic kits to my list of things I can build... plus that "Night at the Morgue" mini-season...

So, I've gotta give it another go...

But, I know I'm gonna end up with damn caged cave lights stuck in the walls and ceiling again lol.

DomPeriod: Organ cave is great, I had a trailer setup there years ago! You can really do some fun junkyard stuff with it.

saturnargentavis1901: Im more shocked you didnt know about the highway tunnel in the cranberry bogs. Ty for the video. I have a base in the mire location bunker, only issue is the roaches that break the base items from time to time. You do get a scorch beast there every so often , super mutant attacks and the bunker even with the new building options can be tricky. Again nice video hope to see more. I saw a base in the forest region to the north west somewhere around groves family cabins maybe a bit farther away off but off the road there is a small water pond like the first base you showed, nice location for all the areas nearby which i use often for dailies

zackman_ssbu: I’ll double check the location on this but I’m located next to a pond where a behemoth is spawned every time in a pond and my camp turrets light him up for free xp while I do “camp maintenance”
