ESOFeanor: Very fair assessments, and I like your distinction between the comments and how some of the leadership team “gets it” while others are more wishy washy with corporate terms and hand waving.

And my hope is that the new leadership who seems to be giving us talking points for this focus, which aligns with many in the community. Will actually result in positive changes.

They just need to do it on a reasonable timeline, people are thinking it will take years to roll these things out. And there is not years to wait, so they really need to get these class changes out in 2026.

They can keep tweaking it with time, but the majority of it needs to be available fast.

My biggest beef with the ‘team’ has been how condescending they are to their players, like we’re all naughty little children instead of grown adults (40% of us are professionals well acquainted with hard work!). We expect value for the many $$ spent on this game so it will be refreshing if they do improve communication, inject some crazy (actual imagination?) and fix the current imbalance between investment and return.

If next year's perk is Vet overland content I believe Zos will be putting the cart before the horse because the classes/subclassing etc should be balanced first. Even with subclassing and one bar builds the gap in damage between the end gamer and casual player is astronomical. I can see the casual player getting frustrated and being forced into groups while end game players zoom through the content. Also, depending on how they reward people (I heard it's going to be like an IA vendor type system) it might be a waste. In truth, I would rather them add a new weapon or guild skill line and continue to work on balancing. Lastly, have a merry Christmas and a blessed 2026. Keep up the good work

It seems like a PR statement more than anything to appease investors and the remaining playerbase to hopefully sell the next years content. Personally im not buying anything till I see the next years content and class changes last year was a joke and this is the last straw for me and many others and I hope they don't fumble i love this game but the track record almost never lies sadly.

WobblyWays: I see lots of words and phrases, I hear more empty promises. Buzz words and BS. "We will do this. we will do that" but actually do sod all. The Crown store and profits are their highest priority. Players have been asking and asking and asking for change for YEARS, yet every year we get lots of empty promises and no actual quality progression with the game. They are working hard though, so I believe them this time hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
