They stop being good after people make videos about them.

If you want drops for gold while grinding I'd recommend the Sky Reach Hold catacombs in Craglorn.

No one will bother you there since it's instance, you will need a second player to reset it faster though

Voidbloom13: Better than ESO just for DLC access, I would recommend getting the Deluxe Upgrade. It's on sale right now until I think Dec 2nd. It gives you permanent access to all major chapter zones instead of having to be subscribed.

tinasmith1391: All the public dungeons in DLC zones have special fragments. I thought it was a hard cool down of like a day. I farmed a bunch at once. I'd just stay for a few minutes til a piece dropped then head to the next dungeon. It was a daily routine for a few weeks.
