Shadowy disguise gives you 10% damage bonus plus major resolve and a little more hp from another passive but that's it. You could use storm calling for the same 10% when enemies are at 100% and 5% extra damage at 50% but it gives you even more damage from two other passives and two amazing skills to heal yourself with crits and do lots of damage including an aoe execute for mobs.

So why would you choose shadow over that much extra damage and other benefits?
