J0NJONSON: Any build I’ve tried that you put out is worth the effort. Very well thought out and tested. I work full time and used to be a built theory crafter, still have a couple pvp builds that no one can touch. It’s nice that someone puts in the proper effort needed to make sure the builds perform well.

One question: How about kicking Energy Overload (108 weapon and spell dmg) for Dawnbreaker from Fighters Guild ( 3% weapon and spell dmg and generates 3 ultimate per enemy killed)? Which one is better?
