leonriley6396: Dagoth ur would come back and go away many times over the ages. It's believed his soul is "inverted" so would go between reality and the dream sleeve but the wrong way, and every time the tribunal managed to chase him off he would just leave his dream of reality and return to the dream sleeve complicated stuff. He stopped the tribunal replenishing their powers when tiber septim came to conquer Morrowind which resulted in the deal between the tribunal and the mortal talos.
