Used the appeal link on the homepage and did a forum post asking for checking on my ticket number and I think it took less than 48h and it was solved manually by a gm. I prefer this one thousand times over a lazy protection and bot infested, rlm trader infested game.

I hope that the gamemasters will at least consider your case and look into it and not just reply with a standard message that you are staying banned because of suspicious activity
