kynthos: I say get them all. My personal opinion is that the void pitch is by far the best black in the game. It's so black it makes you look like a literal void. It's otherworldly. Yes, it has a bit of a purple tint from certain angles, near certain light. But when I saw it on someone else I had to get it. Yes, it's a little grindy but I felt it was sooo worth it. It's always good to have options and alternatives and I appreciate the video. But getting it wasn't really THAT bad. I say go get that void pitch! You can work on the achievements little by little too. Worth it!

leivendil: Nice and easy to get dye! Void pitch one is still my favourite though. Now I need a dark green dye which is actually green, especially on some weapons.

erich3784: Void Pitch is actually a purple dye but it's extremely dark, a lot darker than the Anniversary black. You can see the purple accents on some materials but on many others it really looks pitch black.

Legate black is actually the best black bar none but unless you're an hardcore PVPer, you likely never gonna get it. I've been playing ESO since beta but I'm not an avid PVPer and I'm probably decades from even sniffing it.

Euthymia: I thank you for alerting me to the presence of this dye. It's definitely a blacker black than Coldharbour Ash, and as you say, quite easy to earn. I long since had every qualification except for the ToT game, and that was the worst one for me. Scribing has gotten me a couple of the skills I use on my tank, and there's one, Shocking Soul, that is a workhorse DPS spammable. ToT remains completely opaque to me. What would be most useful would be a tutorial on how to get a ToT game over with as quickly as possible when you need to do one to complete some achievement or other. I originally played my first one just to get the "Hear ye, hear ye!" barker lady to shut the fsck up, but I guess I played against the game, not another player. What gets me is how freakin' long the games seem to take to get over with.

diverspudph: Thanks for this. I've been looking for a good black (I have the Coldharbor one, but I find it to be more of a dark gray). I feel getting Void Black is too tough and this seems more doable for me
