FernandoPerez-zx2vz: I understand the beam can be considered damage per target but it is still an area of effect damage skill, the same as cep.flail (aoe) and wall of elements including the damage some of your other skills do, so 3% to AOE would literally affect beam and most of your damage overall.

Second. With 21 skill lines, please try to be a bit more explicit. I had to go back a few times.

I "think" it's:

1- arcanist base with "NB Assassin" replacing "Curative Runeforms".

2- with 2 Arcanist skill trees no other base class will work.

3- even though no "Class" IA armor, and no "Class Mastery" script, it's irrelevant since base class must be Arcanist.

4- any stamina based Arcanist. Not necessarily "meta-cat" (tm).

Sorry, casual player. May be self-evident, but not to my brain!
