xnbk-yotiex5247: Writs, enchantment and provisional writs. Cheap ones. A writ gives the same xp I believe no matter how many vouchers it has. Buy the 2 enchantment writs, pop a 150 potion or scroll and go ham….

Also enchantment skill line takes no time to level up. Have a friend make like 200 or 300 purple enchantments for you and just break them down.

If doing dolmens like me, I pre-bought a set of War Maiden (in Training) and crafted Adept Rider for its built-in passive, continuous, speed boost. 1 skill ... wall of elements w/lightning staff. Rest those I'm learning. All "learning" on back bar (and flip to that just before final pinion is closed so all skills get xp. NB: DOLMEN ONLY

Reminder, you get xp from tagging the dolman minions ... no need to kill ... so big AoE light attack works perfect.

I used Ghastly eyeball and Attro mundus ... to never run out of magic. Tossed in a couple STA enchants to let me keep running back and forth too.

Level of gear matters. Went with purple (too cheap for gold). See UESP training trait for details. Again "training on all pieces including staff ( optional back bar)

Totally used ring of Mara. Worked well. Again, tag ... not kill. High damage only gets a bit extra boss body loot (not relevant to me).

Did a buncha writs on day 1's 2x XP too.

This, plus new CP as noted, and "too many" consecutive hours, let me finish 18 of the 21 skill lines (including morphs). Working on final 3 at my leisure!
