bzsbzs350: Garbage upgrades. If you are using NB to get hard hitting quick kills then these are pointless. If for some reason you use these upgrades for NB to try for multi kills in a long term x v 1 then you are just dumb.

rickrickard2788: Cool, cool... let's take all uniqueness OUT of a game, known for it's unique races & classes, and just make everyone the same, everywhere, all the time. Now everyone can be everything, all at the same time.

Why don't we just make one character, with one set of armor, who can do it all? (you know, instead of having a million sets of armor, with history lessons on how to actually USE the damn thing- pages & pages of instructions).

Everyone will play EXACTLY the same, and NONE will feel excluded or butt-hurt, because they can't get that one set, only the trial players can get.

Oh, wait... I see. I get it now. They only wanna make it SEEM like they're NOT doing this- otherwise? It would expose the bad players.. and they'd have no more excuses... and ESO couldn't jack prices & difficulty in gear... so some of those actually GOOD players, who are not rich, not streamers, and not on the ESO "Fab" list of desired players? Might actually be able to improve, and surpass some of their FABs. Can't have that, ya know.

semcorda: Seems like some goofy ulti spammer build could be done now. Siphoning sorcs ulti cost passive templar's general cost passive (or necros corpse slurping for ulti gain) imperial/redguard racial cost passives, ulti cost reduction gear (there is one 5pcs set and one 3pcs, 15% reduction each I think), and maybe some ulti build-up monster set. Add potion cooldown reduction glyphs on jewelery. Probably wouldn't be very strong, but could be fun, looks positively bonkers on paper.
