TND1483: One of if not the best area in the game to farm boxes for this event is Cheydinhaal/Cropsford in Cyrodiil. There's 2 quest givers per town and they each have quests that are generally pretty close to each other (furthest quest is Cheydinhaal to kill the boss near the Harlun's delve). If you cycle quick so you can 2 for 1 each quest turn in you can clear each town in about 20-25 min tops. That's I believe 19 dailies (I think Crops only has 9 quests) done per hour per character if you include a slow mount for travel time. I've always farmed more boxes that anyone I've met during the events so consider checking that out in your test if you have time to include it

EDIT UPDATE: Did my first rotation for anniversary stuff in 2 years ( I was on a break last year) and if you do all 10 dailies in cheydinhaal and the 9 in cropsford you can get them done in 30min total. My character for this is a vamp NB HA build so he's a bit stealthy and has a fully upgraded mount but I think with the new mount changes they introduced even a new player should be able to clear out both towns in about 45-50 min in worst case scenarios.

talionis1396: You can also get a group together, one of you grab a zone daily, share said daily with the group, complete said daily as a group, and turn in said daily. Then another person from the group picks up their daily for that zone and it's rinse & repeat.
