manikiinn: it’s a good boss fight. The gpu issues is the only downside. You can easily avoid his AOEs. Run away when he starts to do his dance, use an ult or character ability to avoid it, like raiders totem. You can stand on it to avoid it. And bring poison. It makes the fight fun and not torture

Railgunner45792: Thing about Poison: This Adel is still weak to poison. Even though he doesn't barf, he still takes a lot of extra damage. That being said, poison is horrible. It does not scale off max HP like in Base Elden Ring. In Nightreign, it does 300 damage regardless of character, level, or source. This means it is not worth the -15% damage cost of putting it on your weapon. Same story for rot, but at 450 damage. The guidebook even leaves out the part of "more damage with more HP" for these 2 on the status ailments page. Also, Black Flame only does 100 damage for the DoT too.
