If the above is the case then dam near any weapon will look insane under those circumstances.

A request: I'd love to see a Deflecting and charged heavy build with the one handed Pata paired with a shield... 30 stance damage per charged heavy, and they're so fast you can usually do two in a single punish. Mixed with a few guard counters and you'll have stance breaks constantly.
