He does an ice tornado and ice stomp aoe attack that are nearly unavoidable and completely cover the small little roof you encounter him on. They not only damage you, but also cause frost build-up. And on top of that, he has a shit ton of health and super high dmg attacks. There's no way Fromsoft playtested this enemy and said "yeah add this guy in."
