Gold foot lasts for 3 minutes btw. Also "guarding" while you sprint will never give you the second slow jump. Basically just hold L1 and run all the time. That was one of the most helpful tips I've ever gotten, and just want to pass it along

LUCIAN1399: Just incase you don't know, not long before you fight the red wolf (when you get onto the weird elevator) if you stay on it and drop down to the bottom, if you die from the virgin abductor's "hug" attack it takes you straight to rykard's place, carefully jump down the cliff into the lava lake and you can go up the stairs up an elevator and to the godskin noble (doing it this way means you don't get the other graces but if you're just trying to get straight to rykard it shouldn't really matter)
