J3S0N.: Just a quick note, even with his passive stance active when guarding, his starting shield does NOT negate 100% damage. Yes, it negates all PHYSICAL damage, but not anything like holy, magic, etc.

soulretriever8630: Litterly have the perfect build with him relics that increase his character skill duration plus lighting damage on starting armament with his ultimate healing allies while holding ,plus 2 lighting attack up and the whirlwind and also having another plus 2 lighting attack buff.

dpanda248: Also with the heal relic whilst you hold your ult you can heal everyone in your radius and be immune to damage so no one needs to waste a flask

masonkacer5133: I thought his passive did 1 of 2 things. 1, getting hit by attacks while blocking uses less stamina. 2. The ability to stun/poise break enemies if you block, and dodge forward while they attack your shield. And also, his ultimate can revive with 3 bars…

moosemonte7148: You dont ignore all damage through blocking with the passive, it increases your guard boost massively, you still take chip damage from Elemental attacks

professionalcasual5482: Unironically kinda bad guide my G, doesnt tell you how to use passive or its actual benefits, and most of the benefits listed arent true "ult cqn rez 2 bars" ult can rez at any bar number, "passive makes it so you take no damage while blocking" all blocking does this, the passive reduces the stamina loss
