Princess Zelda. Either a pure faith build, or an int/faith build. Use rapier/estoc/cleanrot sword, maybe great epee. Slap on all the light themed spells. Do ranged battle with the erdtree bow/greatbow and golden arrows/greatarrows, and use the golden greatarrows to buff the enemies. For bonus points, start some matches as Sheik in a ninja outfit and hand to hand, then reveal yourself as Zelda and go full holy

Your bolt flew right under the phantom’s arm when they raised it to reload the cannon, lucky for him the cannon doesn’t have a hitbox! I’m imagining the powder chamber of a jar cannon being impacted directly by an explosive bolt, makes me wish Elden Ring had a gibbing system.
