Suezen17: For as much as I love From games, I won't be paying $500 just to play the Duskbloods. I have 100% achievments on all their souls games including Bloodborne and Sekiro, but buying a Switch 2 is not a line I want to cross.

dogbogs: i really wish they'd just give those of us on other platforms the new armor and torrent skins. i've got over 1500 hours in this game. i stopped playing nightreign because there wasn't much to bring me back and i don't care about deep of night. i just want to play elden ring with new starting gear. i want to do a run where i start with a light greatsword and eventually get milady to off-hand! but i play on xbox, so i can't mod the game. it feels like everyone else is being punished for the sake of the small number of people that will play it on switch 2 \:

quinntonhuffman5260: Developing exclusively feels like such a mistake. Nintendo systems are garbage, and their business practices are even worse. Fromsoft is cutting a majority of their fans out of this game.

Etranck: This is honestly the best news we could’ve gotten. It shows fromsoft cares enough that they will actually delay their game (a commmon criticism many fans have when games release buggy) to ensure it runs well.

Yes people should be able to get quality performance on any platform but if you choose to buy the switch 2 after the first one was notorious for having the worst version of a game then that’s on you in my opinion

rescuehamster1734: I used to not care about a game performing worse on a Nintendo console. I expected that. But Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance was a breaking point. A lot of frame rate stuttering, assets not loading in properly, music popping. I played SMTV: Vengeance on Xbox and it ran immaculately. If a game was on something other than Switch, I got it on that console. Unless the game was specifically made for Switch or Switch 2, it just isn't worth it.

Heck, even games made specifically for Switch and Switch 2 don't seem to be worth it recently....
