Elden Ring Nightreign New Nightlords, Nightfarers Difficulty Update DLC, ALL We Know Need!

TheContrarian09: I want more mid day invasions and relics. In the 50 hours i’ve played, i’ve only ever been invaded once and that was by morgott.

In terms of characters, a monk that specializes in fists and kicks and a berserker that specializes in dual weapons would be sick.

I would personally rework revenant into a scythe and faith character.

Nasha842: I'd also like to see some kind of "rerun expidition with same party" or something, given that sometimes you can be sat around for minutes waiting for a group when trying to face one specific Nightlord I'd like to see some kind of functionality that would enable us to retry with the party we may have just failed with. Especially given that you can have an amazing run right up to the Nightlord and then have everything just go wrong, so you know the group is pretty good.

I'd also like to see a Dragon form humanoid Nightfarer, too. Perhaps based more around the first Dark Souls game than the third, tho.

NewPromisesNA: If you ever get fucked by Libra during your run and can’t get your health back once you reach the nightlord before going through the door you can throw yourself off the edge and respawn with your full health

You’ll just need to pick your runes back up

Fairuslolomg: I really hope they add some kind of endless/extended run. That would really add to the roguelike side of the game.

Imagine fighting 3 nightlords one after the other. Beating Gladius and being taken into Day 1 again, with stronger enemies, outposts and bosses.

axivre: Revenant should have those claw effects withh every fist weapon and make her claws attack faster its so sloooooooooooow

GrahamChapman: Revenant should be given S attribute in FP to offset her inability to innately recover FP.

Duchess should have her Dex attribute increased to A at the very least. (And she should be given a Ciaran drip.)

Being revived should come with 3 seconds invulnerability; getting up only to take unavoidable death to the face sucks.

Also, yes, more Shifting Earth stuff; it's way to uncommon as it is.

CrimsonTear1996: I agree that revenant needs to be buffed but stay away from my recluse. She’s so good with the pure holy spells thanks to her duel scaling and I love it. So much fun.

kazi6343: They need to give more directed rewards. Getting a mage item on raider or big hammer on recluse doesn't feel great and when playing with random people generally don't share loot. I saw a guardian trying to dual wield hand of Melina and kept on dying instead of giving it to the wylder.

Intuos-: I'd rather them buff revenant and leave recluse alone, u can make rev feel better to play without taking away recluse's faith scaling. When recluse needs to use faith alot of the time to get certain elements without having to hope your team can apply stuff like holy and lightning. Maybe give rev a way to restore fp, like everytime a summon dies she gets some fp back. Cus if u don't have ways to restore fp and u run out, u become a pokemon trainer who can't do any incantations

Boomer72O: Guys remember this is a stress test for multi-player in future From Software games. Nightreign is not a live service game. It's gonna have 1 dlc, maybe 2 or 3 more characters, and some cool little things in the game here and there. 8 more nightmares is very unrealistic, and we need to set realistic expectations, regardless of how much fun we're having.

Y2K2PointO: Pause menu should work in solo mode if you are at a sight of grace. While playing Elden Ring solo you can get up and go pee as long as you’re at a side of Grace.

corbitronify: For the love of god can we please get a Perfumer. I always get “improved Perfumer arts” relics and I don’t always have time to go to the merchant and use two item slots for two different perfumes. Plus- Perfumers are one of my favorite “classes” in Elden Ring lol

revenge3265: For the love of god, please update the absolutely garbage Mountaintops secret. It's so laughably bad compared to any of the others.

brubels7905: Yeah they really need to up the randomness after 30 hours of playing we already started calling out wich bosses would appear just by seeing a camp layout/enemy placements

GavinLIVE715: I can’t decide what another Nightfarers class could be.

One idea is a Gunner class(what?) like a Bloodborne Hunter, and being able to parry with gun shots. They could add gun weapons as well as a few trick weapons, maybe bring in Cleric Beast to the plains boss pool or Ludwig to the night boss pool.

Another could be Monk, using dry leaf and fist weapons. Enough said. This one will probably arrive with SotE dlc.

shimmyking4: something i'd like, not sure if it'll ever happen, is to be able to customize our starting weapons a little bit outside of Relic use, nothing too crazy but like being able to change the starting spells on Recluse's staff and Revenant's seal or maybe change Ironeye's Bow to have the Barrage Ash of War instead of Mighty Shot

obviously it'd have to be something the player would need to work for in some way but that's just my thoughts

Nemora44: they need to revisit the relics, i should not be able to roll 2 perks and just straight up be unable to use one of them. like i literally got one that gave Ironeye an extra ability cast, but also turns starting weapon's ash into Seppuku which can't be used by the Ironeye starting weapon since its a bow. and speaking of Ironeye relics, they need to do another pass on character specific ones because "increased thrusting counter attack damage after using Ironeye ability" is just straight garbage

TheWorstSolo: The only qualm I have with balancing the classes is that guardian is very clearly meant to be more of a shield than a DPS, whereas Wilder is definitely a DPS. so maybe instead of changing the scaling or the raw DPS output they could make guard counters stronger on guardian or play more into the tank aspect of the character. I know there's a couple relics that let you be targeted by foes more often, but maybe that just becomes part of the base kit

H4NN4BLESL4YER: Honestly 2 nightfarers would be fine . But give each if them some new abilities to allow for more customization .

Darknessssxz: I think Revenant really great solo, but fighting the nightlord bosses is my problem. They just murder your summons in seconds compared to everything else. Maybe toughen them up against them so they dont die in seconds against them. I usually always make it to the nightords solo with revenant, but struggle hard against nightlords with her kit.

TythVileblood: As a revenant main we absolutely need a starting offensive spell rejection does absolutely nothing especially since you get white shadow lure on her claws I can't tell you the amount of times I've just not gotten a decent spell for the night lord

blueview5212: I think a beast warrior focusing on strength, faith and beast incantations with his or her passive would be amazing
