All the bosses (except unreasonable bosses ones like ceaseless discharge and ancient dragon) all the enemies and all the weapons from all the games as well. I think that is what it would take for this game to be an incredible rouge like because in an incredible rouge like you will never have two runs that are the same and unfortunately right now a lot of runs in this game can feel very samie
