docstolas8496: Ive never waited more than 15-30 seconds for a match idk what people are on about for matchmaking being bad
fernandocenturion495: I think we need like 2 to 3 maps randomizing, for example: Limveld, Liurnia, Caelid, and over it a few more land shifts and it will be fun for years, of course they should add this over time to keep content up, also having a Coliseum queue for 1v1 and some painted worlds more linear singleplayer stories, and this game can work for many many years i think
mohtrathekaiju7926: Honestly I think that Nightreign NEEDS crossplay.
I know that Fromsoftware games don't usually have it, but this is a multiplayer game not a singleplayer one like Elden Ring. I think this is necessary for the longevity of the game.
heroman1322: We need duos. They HAVE a form of hp scaling in the game and are more than capable of adding duos and a balanced solo experience. I wish this was a thing at launch!
Dr_Machete_Legs: I think an armored core crossover would be silly. we just need more souls stuff. bosses, enemies, gear, map locations. and they absolutely need to rework the revive system. it shouldnt take 25 hits in the middle of a boss fight to get someone back up.
AngeloBoca1: I would like a timer for the rain.
lunatacitum6850: I just want them to add a tad more meta progression into the game. Like unlocking starting weapons by winning with them- tweaking them so they can scale with your character. Unlocking more relic slots.
MartyMacFry: If you are reading these comments before watching the video just close it. It's a 5 minute video of this guy reading tweets and asking you to leave a comment over and over for engagement stretched to 20 minutes
Heather_Princess: Here this is why the matchmaking doesn't work :
Do you have a Earth Shift Active? -> Different Queue pool
Don't have a Earth Shift Active? -> Different Queue pool
Are you doing a quest? -> Different Queue pool
These are my observations just for playing, at least 3 different queue pools exist depending if you have quests and earth shifts activated.
Fromsoftware needs to merge all of these Queue Pools into 1 or we're gonna keep struggling to find anyone else to queue with
Jkb2002: Not sure how many people have reached it but you can encounter a world change that adds a massive scarlet rot forest which is basically a giant scarlet rot swamp where you are constantly proced with rot. If you beat the area boss you get immunity to scarlet rot.
LordOfFrenzy: Buff to stamina would be nice, some character feel very bad...
AntonsVoice: I would love an option to turn on a timer, aka an on screen representation of how long until the circle shrinks, or at least, a more obvious one, as adhd doesn't make it easy to memorize when the ring begins to shrink.
The loud sound and the warning when it does start to shrink is fine for most people.
735thatguy: Imagine going to a big church and fighting vicar Amelia
crabbypatty10fefrefe: The Rez mechanic is terrible. Lock on is extremely finicky, also, the bar refills after a few seconds feels so bad.
sirzambie: I did find the matchmaking was taking a hit when in the remembrance past mode for characters, as soon as that switched off found a match immediately
Sanji_Vinsmoke_69: It's fun. But there's huge problems with it such as:
- Limveld not being randomised enough. There should be maps consisting of different terrains such as tundra, and deserts and not just the standard limgrave grass fields
- The boss variety is very limited and again, not random enough. Only having 6 previous bosses from the older games is horrendous. I've fought countless tree sentinels and crucible knights now.. and the same bosses appear in the same spots on different runs. where are the cooler remembrance bosses?
- Not having the pursuer invade instead of margit is a huge miss.
- No new weapons or abilities.. not even from the new nightlord bosses.. doesn't feel very rewarding beating them
- Not enough "permanent progression" from raids. I get that the aim of the game is to start from day one and level up as much as possible again but at least give us some OP relics to keep
- Not enough rewards to look forward to and work for such as cosmetics. Only having 6 skins for each character is abysmal.. 2 of which are old costumes and especially when you realise that a lot of the new skins actually have very little changes to them and are mainly colour changes
- No new weapons aside from the starting class ones that we basically swap out after the first 10 minutes into every run
Stephencurran_7: The Revive should work so that it saves the current revive amount and doesn't reset the whole revive bar.
denisstosic7199: We need more roguelike elements, that alone will make the game so much better. Especialky mire skills/passive skills
patrickbosse2464: I don't have a lot of criticism after almost 40 hours of gameplay, my main one would be to have VC, for a game where you gotta build, trade and swap loot, also whilst being on a timer, it needs a proper form of communication between the players. Having a voicechat option would be a gamechanger.
Also being able to switch your relic sets in the characters selection menu would be a nice quality of life, being able to tweak with the toons your group is picking.
Good game overall, having a lot of fun.
Zagahotzu: I woudlnt be supprised if we get a perfumer character. If they add the base game dlc weapons into the game. Already got some buffs to perfume items on items in game already.
WispFigment: Yharnam map would go crazy
chito2701: Elden Ring Nightreign needs to improve 3 things:
- More day 2 random darksouls bosses
- More random enemy encounters
- More random overworld events
eldenbeast8901: The revival mechanic needs alot of work. It makes it impossible to revive your less experienced friends and randoms during these very hectic boss fights
doombuddy132: I think they need longer nights and need room for mistakes with new people. Or have a setting for it so people can play with them
xodiis7226: A multiplayer co-op game in 2025 not having a CROSSPLAY is actually insane
