jordann2879: I truly get frustrated when I go to get a scarab, kill it, and a random rushes by me and just picks it up. I played a match where a Wylder would just run in and take everything so he could look at it in his inventory first and only drop it after he decided if he wanted it. Some people aren't fit for team play lol

LesbianWitchAcademia: The most important thing about Guardian, hands down, is to use Steel Guard like a parry. If you dash into Steel Guard right as an attack is about to hit you, you will always use less total Stamina than if you had just blocked it. Once you have a relic that causes the shockwave on block, Steel Guard just ends up being a better version of Executor's Cursed Sword deflects.

goodmangillman: Honestly guardian can be super useful if you just learn to use the steel guard right. I went from maining him for looks, being disappointed with the babystep dodge, to carrying runs again after learning to use him right

Bloodxbeast666: Found a shield that does wraith call while you walk. It was amazing! Enter your steel guard and it would blast enemies (both the one youre locked onto and anything near by) with a burst of tracking wrath bullets. What a combo! Absolutely fixed my guardian's low damage that run! Saved on stamina and did more damage than turtle poking

d-risky4994: To add to all these good tips, having the skill duration relic triggers revives as a multi hit, so while it’s not fast for saving allies it does HALT the decay because of the multiple tick damage and give you time to recover stamina or dodge a few attacks so you don’t have to start resurrecting from scratch if the boss knocks you down

PomaReign: You can actually steel guard block his charge, the game has a mechanic where charging enemies will get stunned if they run into a steel guard.

biggiesmogs9721: As a Guardian main these were the most helpful changes I made to be more useful:

- Guardian is KING against humanoid enemies ESPECIALLY with his remembrance relic. Just stunlocks for four to five seconds. Amazing for early Great Churches and encampments.

- Conserve ult in night bosses for rez, use it for AOE in POI’s, and for the invulnerability in Evergaols and other bosses.

- Successful guards charging ultimate art timer is amazing for when you’re underleveled for the nightlord. Always use it with a teammate who’s new or struggling, you’ll have so much more rez potential.

- Stamina, stamina, stamina.

- Health, health, health.

- And as always, level up as much as possible. At 15 Guardian becomes the boss with his HP bar.

magiczev5769: Another thing about guardian, you have a unique guard counter with halberds, hold the input to charge forward a bit and get several hits

Saint_Relyt: One thing I noticed yesterday is the “Gain FP while attacking” pairs really nicely with Guardian’s extended ability duration relic.

It was super helpful in letting me just spam weapon arts on bosses.
