Sisyphe__: When you roll you are [invincible] ken, roll IN the attacks, don't try to avoid them. Less equipement = lighter = longer rolls

Also when you die, you drop your runes. If you die a second time without getting them back you lost them (you can see them on your compass after dying). Level up vigor/endurance and strenght/dex to use the weapons you want

If you hit NPCs, it will lock you out of their quests/shop. You can run without/with your horse (it uses stamina in fight) and it's easier to dodge when you're not on it.

Lastly, levels are important, but the difference maker is the level of your weapon. You can find smithing stones mostly in mines (represented by brow/yellow sort of points on the map), dungeons and shops. If a boss is too hard, level up your weapon and get good.

Also since you didn't do that much progress, you could restart with the samourai class, wich is the easiest to pick up

- Enemies have a chance to drop certain things they hold

- e.g. Armour, Weapons

- Summons (your wolves) cant be with you everywhere, only in areas the blue-ish icon is on your screen

- When you die the runes you held are dropped to be recollected at your place of death BUT, if you die again without collecting them they are lost, in this video you lost around 1000 runes if i remember somewhat which couldve been put toward your stats

- Map fragments like the one you grabbed are all over the map and are marked by pillar icons

OPTIONAL TIPS (still important)

- If you dont know where to go or want inspiration, sites of graces all have a beam of light pointing in a direction, following this direction will lead you through the general story but exploring on your own does have benefits like reaching and looting hard areas early to find powerful stuff

- YOU CAN ALLOCATE FLASKS

- e.g. currently you have 2 blue flasks (Mana) and 3 red flasks (Health potions), because you dont use your Mana much, it would be helpfull to switch your blue flasks to red so you have 5 red instead

SUGGESTION FOR PLAYTHROUGH

- Right now i think you should focus on exploring and finding heaps of sites of graces and map fragments, your horse i fast enough to outrun 90% of enemies let alone the beginning area is pretty safe anyway. On the hourney you could find chests or merchants( dudes with donkeys like santa guy ) to get some gear to help you get into the game.
