ashen-one--x: i got summoned by a cheater (for co op) that kept moving my character into areas i couldnt escape. i also couldnt sever out because any time i would try any action, my character would stagger. the only thing i could do was hard close the game. they kept making spells happen all over my screen which was making the game lag out and it was horrible. very annoying.

edendman: I don't see much about this in the comments, but I have to be very clear: there are A LOT of the "corrupt your save file" and "instantly crash your game" cheaters on PC right now. Like...A LOT of them. My taunter's tongue playthrough completely stalled because any time there is an active playerbase (I don't get invaded much at 7 am, or the connections are terrible) then there was also a never-ending stream of these hackers invading. This has been the case 3/5 nights for the past few weeks at level 150. They also tank the population of people to invade. There was even a reddit post about it recently.

Falloutboy76.4: The Void glitch is able to be dealt with. On computer anyway.

First- Restart your computer.

Second- Enter the save, then enter the map. Use your mouse to Navigate to the Roundtable.

Third- Fast travel to almost any sight of grace will fix this issue.

For some odd reason- you get more time after you boot up Elden Ring- which allows that second chance to fast travel.

TLDR:Reboot Elden Ring and quickly fast travel.

surgeofgaming6405: No amount of opinion about cheaters will ever convince me that they are anything other than MALICIOUS. Like I said in one of your other videos, anyone who cheats has the ability to completely ruin another person's experience. My very first save file for a Souls Game was DS1, I got invaded, died, found out too late that the cheater had embedded themselves into my session, and then soft locked me out of Anor Londo, The End. Lost several hours of game time and had to start another save file.

nyarucoski: I do remember the video where you talked about that hacker. I also remember you replying to and liking every comment, saying he was a legend, and ignoring every other one talking about actual harm (save file corruption, banning people, softlocking people) which honestly felt like you were condoning really bad behavior. I was a bit let down by that.

And right now, as a fan of your content, it looks like you are changing your mind only because you're facing cheaters more and more, and even if you can outplay most of them, I know it gets annoying.

I remember when I had my first blind DS3 playthrough ruined by hackers, first time I got to Anor Londo a guy invaded me and killed the boss, didn't even get to see the boss and had to wait for my second playthrough. I will never condone people who do this stuff.

AirbornePig: It's not extremely uncommon to run into guys that will corrupt your save anymore. They've been very common lately, especially spawning in in the DLC. Almost every friend I've played with now has encountered someone that invades their world and defeats all of their overworld bosses with cheats. It sucks, and FromSoft does nothing about it.
