Hexx_Iztenze: Fire Tank myself but I haven't used it yet. As you pointed out it literally has to be level 200 which is a lot to invest for an Art you might not end up liking.

It's kind of unappealing visually for me, depending on character design.

I'll probably build and test it at some point.

I constantly heal so it shouldn't be an issue.

What concerns me about the game lately is that everyone is going to end up basically the same.

Loadouts of Blue and White Lantern and Iconic powers and rocking Omega, Razor, Pages, Scrap arts.

gond9166: I actively let players die if they are using that. I refuse to heal anyone that forces me to waste my power, constantly healing to top them off, in stead of conserving energy for when things get rough.

It is a very unnecessary waste and abuse of a healers power. Not to mention a controllers role having to also pump power needlessly in attempts to keep the healer topped off. And don’t say “oh but the damage they take is very small if they know to keep weaving shields in between their rotation”, because the average dps power does NOT want to use those in their sweaty rotation! They expect the healer to be stressed out the whole time. And it’s just not a good thing for endgame. Especially in elite modes, where every hit point counts!

I will gladly continue to let players die, if i catch them using that thing. I only heal when tanks need it most (as it should be). My heals over time skills should sustain an entire party if they don’t use that artifact. The rest of the players should know to keep out of trouble in serious content while the tank takes the big hits. But anyone using that book is just asking to get wrecked.

San-l6n3c: This artifact sucks for me I don't like it I don't like artifacts with cons and drawbacks just pros only buffs and that's it. Those are the most valuable artifacts in my opinion like Omega Totality that doesn't do something stupid like damage my health or whatever

claudiabcarvalho: If you're a DPS who likes to ignore mechanics, you're going to be KOed while using that artifact. You either change your play style or you don't use that thing on Flashbacks and older content.

SpectralGloom: I just haven't tried it yet since I only just returned and on paper it doesn't look like something I'd wanna use without also ranking up a few other arts etc. Main hardlight btw

As it is, I'm struggling to cope with the idea of replacing my Dilustel Refractor with the Razer Power Battery after having invested so much into the one I have equipped. Not helped by the limits that come with being f2p and having NO money to spare for the game. Still, I appreciate the in depth video guide.

radioactivebirdj.1845: If you have a decent healer on your team the downside becomes pretty irrelevant. Tanks can also out heal the self damage too.

charleshaynes1199: I use it on my Ice Tank and your right got to get it to 200 or as close as you can. I've noticed the more I upgrade it the less damage I take. It's a good artifact once you understand how to use it.

generalawareness101: Sorry, but I am a new healer in training and I despise anyone who uses this because I see you are dying and I start focusing on you as I have no idea if the mobs are pounding you or you are wearing this nasty thing. I will then see, when I can, if you are wearing it and if you are then I will cease to focus on you. IOW, I ignore you and your self-inflicted damage. Yep, you will perish. Stop using this thing until 200, but with pug Alerts it is insane how many use this and expect me to keep them healed (pocket healer) when I have to focus on real issues, not self-inflicted ones such as this.

solareiusdeiu: Artifacts would matter only if they werent pay to win. I quit this eternal quest of getting the new op artifact rank 200. I am sincerely tired. I could rank the new Razer artifact i have the xp and the cash. But i really dont want to. I want to break the cycle and stop ranking any new artifact.

Lasermonkey979: I just swapped off of HL, slightly because I'm tired of waiting for it's rework and fear it will go prec. But I have swapped to healer, having messed with electric and water which have both been a blast. I fed my trol arts into pages to get 200 and I fell in love with it. Only annoying bit is when sometimes it feels like it gets me stuck in combat for longer than needed.

troylawson1902: I Wolfpacked this baby I believe day one from Sales we had and me saving up so much Nth metal. I use it on all my characters with Razor which I also Wolfpacked. Yeah some issues about the art thinking your in combat etc hope that gets sorted but I ant holding my breath.

Sam5D: I pair it with clarion on my tank for the heals, but it seems the clarion shield doesn't proc the pages shield.

alikim-ss3md: Many games announce their new updates in advance, things like when they will do it and how many hours it will take, and they give notice at least 12 hours before the day of maintenance and inform when the maintenance is completed; this team, however, only announces after the maintenance is finished.
