zerocalvin: no i don't think you are mistaken, i willing to bet that was the reason they removed the alert. it is the same reason why they double the price of everything in seasonal event last year... you are not suppose to earn but to buy it from marketplace. St Patrick event mark the anniversary of the new dev ruin seasonal event...

I remember you used to get 8 clovers by collecting 20 gold coins, but last year update, they not only double the price of the vendor but also cut the clover by half and increase gold coins require to 49, turning the event into busy work.

you can never convince me that the dev don't have insidious intention behind the seasonal update they put in last year.

GoblinB101: It's just unfortunate that for new players even with it's not enough to catch up to people who have been playing since the beginning. It would be more realistic if they did with event content what they do with outdated content where the cost of the items goes down drastically and costs source marks

jim-kinghorn: I don't know about difficult just tedious, for an event alert it's fairly long, 3 bosses and there's no speeding up Mxy at the end. It's tough running it on multiple alts for multiple days so they probably saw nobody playing it last year and said 'too difficult'. Or like you say they just want more $$$
