Chain Pull from Rage.

Weapons from Munitions.

And the motorcycle attack is the Green Lantern Helicopter.

I thought it would have that attack that Lobo does in his solo phase, where he spins the chains, similar to the one in the Rage power, that would be better than this dolphin attack which I didn't find fitting at all.

samgoldsberry3029: Nice review and test. When you get a chance, please test Gimbors Chains artifact. It say its suppose to do 1% damage back. Whenever I run a raid. I never see that damage return ..and yes, I'm using BOP with it. Its definitely not returning 1% of team damage. Is Gimbors Chains broken?

I'll probably build it up just to build it up. Doubt I'll use any of the moves tbh, at least not on my main. If one move was an SC generator then maybe, as I'd love to replace Hopewave purely for stylistic reasons but it works too well.

I prefer having one supercharge and Sunstone is my jam. I can't imagine I'd replace that in either DPS or Tank role tbh.

I can see water folks enjoying the dolphins and I can see those Spawn type guys and Ghost Rider guys liking the chains.

I'm still refusing to jump on the Aquatic Arsenal train lol.
