It Sucks because The only interaction on gem of Horus that made it somewhat good is now on a much better version of the art and they still have yet to fix gem of Horus’ last ability

Some Artifacts rely on stats...even at 200 rank it still removes 5% health per stack, with a maximum of 10? Why is hurting your character in exchange for a damage increase so popular with the devs? Please ask the devs to stop giving something and taking away at the same time. We dont like it.

HiHi-yk1mv: It's an artifact you have to actually go hybrid if you want it to do good damage. And you shouldn't be fully spec into precision. Might is favored so you are best to equip might augs put 100 points into precision and spec max superpower before maxing out precision. The art is best paired with artifacts that scale well. Artifacts like Mercy, Grim, Source shard do not scale well anymore they have become obsolete. You should be pairing with artifacts that can scale well on enemies like Tantu, trans, razer, and book. The artifact's ability is also not might based. Its based off your precision stats but does might damage but it doesn't scale with your might. If they scaled it with both might and precision then nobody would be complaining about the artifact being mediocre and that's lowkey the route they should have went considering prec is not actually prec its always been hybrid.

Every two seconds it triggers a pop, so you can actually just tap range with brawling every few seconds in between Aquatic Arsenal or jackhammer so you pick when your health drops.

And then that's easy to follow up with a shield or backdraft heal

JumpzWrld: ️Yall are disregarding the most op part of this artifact.. it gives you 10% of MAXIMUM health per stack for 10 stacks.. meaning it basically gives you a full health bar BUT not only that.. it does massive dmg AND increases that total maximum health by 30% (really giving you an additional 30% more health than you started with when u trigger the 10 stacks).. NOT TO MENTION.. people seem to forget that the most op part of pages is damage reflection rn which is precision based.. Sunstone.. PRECISION ART.. the current pvp meta is gonna be Hybrid Tank with Sunstone/Pages/Razer/Trans/Red Tornado for maximum effect out of pages.. every art literally goes hand and hand and works together
