I 100% agree that we are as a community too negative and imo that stems from a lot of us migrating from games like league mainly where bicthing and complaining is seen as just normal. I belive in this game and even though i may not think the decision that are being made are the best, I can see that they deeply care abt the game and us. I've seen sdf in countless streams talking to streamers giving and receiving input. i rly hope we can one day achieve a place where dark and darker comes out completely and we can have a healthy community and game

vtomb8618: It's spending over 2,500 hours doing solo's and creating a community to then have them come scrap over 50% of it's player base and tell them to suck it up and play trios. We are complaining cause the player count is already low. And now this is going to hurt the player count further. I wont be surprised to see 2-3k players in the dungeon once he implements his full vision. I'd like to be wrong but seeing the reaction and the polls from larger streamers it's almost evident they will lose minimum 33% of the player base or more. We shall see what the days bring. But in my opinion SDF is making a huge mistake and will either revert it rather quickly or will wait a season and revert it again.

mr.spooks1: i do not envy dark and darker devs. People do not understand that making a game for everyone means making a soulless game. I don't imply that sdf is actually cooking and everyone is wrong but i do think that people don't understand that problems faced by ironmace is not so simple to deal with and solutions that people suggest are not going to fix everything. Ironmace has invented some genius solutions and it's truly fascinating but since solutions they made are new they came with some unforseen consequenses time and time again. Ironmace trying their hardest and yet this unique game that they've made has so many problems that it's just too much to handle for small studio that's constantly losing money on lawsuit with big company. People don't undestand that dark and darker was always a disbalanced, quirky game that was also very unique (perhaps due to sdf's vision) and it's not that the game became worse but it's that people became tired after hundreds of hours playing it. It always had problems and back then there were far many. In my opinion it's either Nexon or community that gonna kill the game at this point. With this amount of stress and negativity i would have quit making this game long time ago if i were Terry or sdf. If you truly love this game be constructive and polite. Pay some respect to the devs

raypunzel4257: as someone who primarily plays solos, I'd trade that for more game balance and content for sure. The playerbase is way too low to have this many queue types and removing solos will probably make them even lower but surely it bounces back

im usually playing a lot for 1-2 months and go really deep within that time. then i play some other games for a few months, and return again for 1-2 months of lot of gameplay.

and every time its really really different than last time i played.

but objectively it was never bad.

so for me its actually cool and i like to see them being open to change things drastically.

WellDoneOnTheInternetEverybody: I stopped playing this wipe after the first arena flop when I discovered you could trade gear by dropping it in arena during SSF. But I've also just been playing other games instead of crying in the discord lmao

iSacredMc: W for spreading positivity, even the sdf slander is getting excessive. Game retention for new players is clearly a problem each wipe so why not take a risk. Trios only and removing item rolls should finally shift the focus away from balance each patch and hopefully see us get core game updates. This game needs points of interest and more objectives inside the dungeon. Really think a king of the hill like objective or point of interest would go so hard
