I thought the 7 dmg from ball will only apply if you are ignited or casting a spell with the ball. iv been using icefang because you can get 1 true, 1 add phys, 5 ap, and gain another 5 movespeed. only because i didnt think the 7 ball dmg will apply without ignite or blood stain blade.
