They have a vision and goal and put that out. But, they also care about the people and if they are good devs they listen and change stuff to an extent. But again, good devs know their people already so they don't need to make massive changes. Sdf and Terry got in over their heads. Thought they could develop and maintain a game and they did, and it's awesome. But they themselves dont know how to perfect the game, or complete it. Djuan24: Finally, the devs understood what they should do: there's always a place for solo players in party-based gameplay, but never a place for party players in a solo game. I’ve hit Demigod in solos a few times, but solo games still suck.

mrperson1324: If they want the game to have only 1 party size that size should be solo. 60-80% of the player base will quit if trios are the only option

Mekose: Random match making will never work in an extraction game. Most randoms, from experience, team kill, troll, grief, or yell slurs at you. Nobody will risk a good gear set and thus pre-mades will walk over under geared and poorly coordinated random teams; which will lead to them quitting. Once SDF sees the issue of this and he removes random modifiers we just have shitty Mordhau and people won't play DaD any more.

- Streamers won't be able to communicate because of slurs over VoIP.

- The casual player base will dry up and the market won't have low to mid range gear.

straxx: i predicted this exact outcome back when they added solos. everyone starts primarily playing solo instead of the way the game was intended, then when they eventually remove it, everyone is already accustomed to playing solos and will stop playing. easiest seer-moment of my life
