HOWEVER, now that it's been added, it is literally one of the only free-2-play, first-person, co-op dungeon crawlers on steam, and a lot of people downloaded it for that reason. SDF literally fell into a 2nd potential goldmine, and now he's fumbling the bag yet again.

henriquerodrigues7795: At this point I think it's fair to say SDF resents the player base. He wanted a 3v3 only pvp(ve) game and he hates the fact that all these other aspects of the game were very popular and even more popular than the game HE WANTED TO MAKE FOR HIMSELF

AlphaMelGibson: If the game stops being fun for me that sucks, but there are tons of people ive heard say that they got into this game for pve or duo with a friend and are not interested to get random ques with a 3rd.. One guy ive heard say he plays this very casually with his father for a couple of h´s in the evening. The vision is trash, we know that. But there is a darker side to these changes. Free to play is a joke now, pay 2 win is a problem since this wipe. White Knights in Discord still bring up EA-excuses and how this was the "original Vision", but its just bad taste if you argue with somebody who isnt here since the early days or that might not care about keeping up with dev q&a/announcements.

shockedb: pve mode probably only took ironmace about 1 hour to program. they literally just created a buff to where you can’t take damage and can phase through players. that’s all it is.

carterfn5939: Pve mode while I didn’t play it was cool to just chill in your beat gear run over mobs and bosses and just mess around with others when you were solo and didn’t feel like sweating.

Also such a great place to use your best gear and test it such as how fast the cast speed feels action speed etc and just most importantly chill and have fun.

The fact that this game keeps introducing new modes to then remove them lets me know that they aren’t putting enough time into considering whether something is good or not.

This game mode just got added a month and a half ago and they already take a 360 on it. I feel bad I only enjoy pvp mode but I know many enjoyed PvE. This is rough

Cervantes420: PvE and the season pass were only introduced to maximize sales before the studio shuts down since they owe millions to NEXON. They know very well removing services people specifically paid for will cause them to quit speeding up the process of shutting servers down. They were part of a scummy microtransaction business model that shits out new games yearly. What did everyone expect lol.

RealMajikal: It's so bizarre that he released a graph showing what lobbies people were playing in, a majority of players favored solos and duos, then less than week after publicly reviewing that information he cuts the two most popular categories. Despite it being his vision or not, disregarding your player base or treating them like they "play your game incorrectly" is a recipe for killing your game.
