Ink13569: i feel like wizard has always been weird to play. we've always been far from useless for sure, but aside from like the play tests we never really had our rogue or druid era (at least solos).

im super happy with the changes they made, the fact that melee wiz is even playable is a testament to the care and effort this new balance team is putting in to the game. ive never felt any creativity putting wiz builds together, its always ok 10 or 5 spell, meditate or no meditate, well i need these 3 perks to function. wiz builds felt like degrees of convenience rather than expressions of play style.

as corny as it sounds these patches are genuinely bringing hope back to the game for me lol

mangord1799: this is insane, I play the almost same build for 3v3 in normal with meditate, I just play with meteor strike instead of zap and lighting strike instead of ice bolt (I personally thinks its more effective in 3v3 and you can spam it from the backline whitout fear or hitting your ally in the melee) and I play the same perks as you glass canon, quick chant and fire mastery, I just take sage instead of ice mastery since I play in squire and I dont have ice bolt, I recon its my best option, what do you thinks ? I will definitly try your for solo HR

You don't get diminished returns whilst also nerfing your HP.
