forcebane: Idk if it's correct, but someone said that if you get a crystal from your retainer, that means your retainer brought you a unique gear piece that you already have in your inventory, so it gets swapped with a random crystal.

galaxydrug: For the squadron glamour, you can also use pieces in your dresser or armoire already since they're present in the barracks. You don't need an extra prism to apply pieces from those, same system as retainers.

Knucklehead4327: I do the OJ run on subs. I get a lot less of the junk. I found I get just as much of the salvage stuff with no extra junk like the plundered treasures and the runs only take 20 hours. I get an average of 500k a day with my 4 subs

KaiCalimatinus: I personally do Potash, Peackock Ore and Aquaous Whetstones for MBoard because they sell consistently for 4-600, since they are used for L50 and 60 glam/furniture, and sub/airship parts. Of course if you're going non-mb routes the 600 for 360 look best. Btw if vendor selling, tomestones for goblinol at the HW ishgard vendor is also best tome to shop sell price, 64 gil for like 10 stones. A full 2k tomes sells for 12,800g

I haven't checked on my squad in a long time. I know trusts basically mean they're doomed to irrelevance, but I enjoyed them. They actually weren't totally awful at dungeons once you got them trained up a little bit. I really should check up on them more.

sunayocarissime5309: I would also recommend if you're feeling nostalgic do the Elite Hunt marks from ARR to current expansion. Occasionally in say Realm Reborn, Heavensward, Stormblood and Shadowbringers you can solo B ranks easily and some A Ranks if your geared enough. Tried soloing A ranks from Endwalker but even they still take awhile to beat. Collect the crystals, nuts, centuiro and allied seals for some extra gil if you're running low. Also don't forget to send your retainers on Field Exploration more often. You can save the Allagan Silver pieces and give them to the Doman Enclave for even more gil.

DSASHOOT: You can gather a map a day! I'm using mine once a day going for cheevos but for selling you can do the newest ones until they are cheap and then switch back the gazelles for the luckiest lord/lady hunters.

But I would rather put my hand in a blender than do 2 days of Pelupelu quests for a single piece of materia when S-rank hunts exist.
