FieldMarshall3: After having done this event 18 times i have found that simply afk'ing in the Gold Saucer, tabbing out and watching YouTube for 15 minutes between gates is by far the most chill way to farm tomestones. You end up with more tomestones than you need anyway. Blue Mage is faster but it can be tedious to set up and gets really really boring really quick. I sometimes do the challenges if they are quick and easy as well.

Dracounguis: Don't say blue mage. Because mine is still level 1!

ThornedLily: I no longer have any jobs left to level, but I always used these mogtome events to level especially DPS jobs that had longer queue times. Once you get them to 50 you can just sit in MSQ roulette, which always has good queue times during these events since as the video noted Praetorium is a pretty chill way to get tomes easily. Kinda unlucky when the trial pops up since that's a LOT of time for comparatively less tomes and exp, but there are enough people queueing specifically for Prae that the trial doesn't come up too terribly often during these events. Even without the roulette bonus the "duty complete" exp is pretty high for all 3 of the options compared to other dungeons and trials, so if you're wanting to get mogtomes anyway it's a pretty solid double dip. And you can usually sit in the Gold Saucer and alternate one GATE then one MSQ roulette. Sometimes (and on some datacenters, poor Dynamis) the queue will take too long and you'll have to either skip a GATE or miss the queue, but on Aether I've always been pretty successful getting to do both activities without missing any.

deezybk: I always get my moogle tomes with GATES. No, I can't spam them continuously, but I like to do each one on a couple of characters and then go AFK for chores or reading a book, etc., until the next one.

Hydde87: Seems they took Cutter's Cry out of the list of dungeons that give tomes. Too bad, as a solo BLU it was by far the fastest way to farm them. It took a little less than 5 minutes per solo run, which made it perfect for doing 3 runs a GATE on a 20 minute cycle. You can't do with Aurum or Castrum, not solo anyway, so you'll need friends ;_;

It's alright, I managed to farm the multimillion MGP mounts last time anyway and I'm ~still~ burnt out from that. I'm just going to get the earrings and sit this one out.

reneemeow5375: Back during SHB I used to love spamming Rival Wings and Frontlines during these events, I earned so many of those achievements that way! But I never got too used to the EW PVP combat changes so I just stick to Gold Saucer for these events now. The rewards for this one are a little lackluster imo but on the plus side that makes it easier to grind on both my main and alt because I want less things. I'll probably try the Ultimog Challenge this time around, I usually ignore them but it's a good excuse to finally do Mount Rokkon. Love your videos btw! It's refreshing to watch a creator who still enjoys the game lol

Dyxid: Getting weekly/minimog/ultimog challenges I can't do (which is pretty much every piece of level 90/100 content right now) is why I end up just living out of Gold Saucer during most of these events because I can almost never get the one-off rewards, and the quality of PVP takes a nose dive (at least from my perspective) from most people trying to "speed run" a loss.

As for Leap of Faith, its only the Slyphlands one that's a real pain and I just kindly walk in and then leave taking my 1 mogtome with me, lol.

crimsonshadow1477: If you're ok with PvP rival wings is a good game mode for this event, usually only sees play during these events, main focus is using mechs to smash up your opponents bases and other mechs...as a bonus to the mogtomes you also level up the PvP rewards thingy (I forget what it's exactly called)
