Shopping Cartgoodmangillman: Almost all guardians I've met in depth 5 were tanking gods who never fell once and instinctively knew the best time to ult
ShifungiShambles1041: In deep of night the shields elemental resistances need buffs cos that "chip damage" in depths 4 and 5 is atrocious.
OmoKao: Recluse/Scholar main with a big love for Guardian videos here: the relief of seeing someone select Guardian is palpable. I always know I'm in good hands and will have a good run
Nwaaah: I'm gonna need to see the rest of that bird build, big man.
nicholasfazio325: Dude, I keep forgetting about the charged guard counters. If I actually remember, that could really help.
Edited to say, I finally beat balancers because of this advice.
j.m.3600: As Raider main I’m giddy any time someone picks Guardian. Shout to the Guardian that carried my Scholar through the Dreglord for remembrance. I just kept granting him stamina and AP and he held steady. I hope no one is discouraged from picking guardian
fotuto13: Bro, the meatball deflection was beautiful! I'm loving guardian in this new content. Only reason I'm having a hard time justifying the new str and dex relic is because I run with 2 players who already do fantastic damage. I also love my current rng relics too much
noahthecrazy1632: The new balancer relic is so good for deep of night because if you have any sort of defense debuff you have a 20% to ignore chip damage and any damage in general.
baku5210: Guardian now just feels so good to play as thanks to the new passives and relics that came out with the DLC, especially the DoN relic that buffs his str and dex now being a regular relic.
As for DoN, I’m still testing the waters with all the new stuff added, but so far, survivability is still king (in my opinion), with a couple of passives that help boost damage a little bit more which is always nice.
Great video and glory to the bird
mattknoxx: You can buy smithing stone 2 Items from the orange merchant. Also the chests who usually have stonesword keys, can contain one.
gopackgo1412: bird was always powerful - people sleep on birdman
ExtraSneakyNika: This is gonna get me back into Guardian. I miss the birb
FaithFormative: That might have been the most badass, cinematic fights I’ve ever seen in Nightreign.
PierceArner: Your mention of Recluse really felt ultra accurate. She's long been my main, because I enjoy the Magic Cocktail mechanic, but she feels like her DPS is really all over the place depending on drops at the same time that the L2 enabling really enables the weapon spam for all the other characters.
Scholar just feels like he's got a better Ult all-around, and I really wish she started with a Sacred Seal, so that you could leverage most of her Magic Cocktail right from the start, 'cause I've had SO many runs get to the end with barely anything aside from Fire & Magic, and her core kit is RNG as everyone else can more readily make stable builds.
All the appreciation for the Guardian Mains holding the line and keeping aggro while I keep doing my best in Deep of Night!
MangoFlavoredSmoothie: Liked and hyped
pizzamanpvp7896: Guardian will always be the best bird
Shalazad: Guardian with that quality relic has higher damage with fist weapons than any other nightfarer. I havent seen anyone else playing my full fist/rally/ult/mitigation guardian build and I honestly think its broken.
talhasucksatgames: Straight Swords with Guardian are soo underrated
holypaladin6112: BIRD UP
shirosaki97: TIL you can bounce the meatball, I just assumed it would be unaffected. xD
kmckee18: I love Guardian and Raider but both need some deep of night help at 4/5 where they take too much chip damage to really play as intendended. Anyone is viable in regular mode though, and they are lots of fun there.
