ItsJimbo3: As a 9999 rev main, I'd call this a QoL over a buff. In fact, I'd say she was indirectly nerfed due to weapon ability passives diluting the passive RNG pool in game, in favor of melee. (wylder buff since he apparently needed it) . And good luck rolling a relic with the incantation you want with 2 other god like passives. Otherwise it's absolutely not worth. Also, if it overwrites heal then it's complete garbage. I don't think it will overwrite heal though. They surely wouldn't do that..
