jchart: Moonveil is still extremely good post nerf as you've no doubt discovered. My main build uses it with Rellana's Cameo, Shard of Alexander, Magic Scorpion Charm, Bloodsucking Cracked Tear, and Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear. All of those boost the damage of Transient Moonlight to rather disgusting levels. It's to the point that I often forget it even has bleed because things usually die before it procs. You could boost it further by wearing Rogier's set (or Rakshasa's) but I can't bring myself to do it and ruin my fashion. Last talisman slot is free for whatever. I use the Two-Handed Sword talisman so my regular attacks are also boosted, just not as much as the ash of war.

I actually used Waterfowl against Maliketh; for whatever reason, I just couldn't beat him, and ended up killing Malenia first.
