Which provides a ridiculous dmg increase at the cost of draining ur health per second, then to top it off u have sum form of blessing and/or talisman to give u health regen back cuz when ur hp tic’s down it will also tick back up slightly. If ur gonna figure out which one will win, u should at least use what they tell u to use instead of switching things up to be better than the AI could create.

Wait the most common level players end up is 150-200 on the average because the dlc. Also when invading you end up fighting players that’s 50 level difference. So I can see why many go over 150. But I think you had a requirement for level 150 for the AI but the AI looked at the data you gave it and said naw bro 200 is max in meta nowadays. So I stick between level 150-200 it’s fine.
