roohni2226: What i dislike about the new map is how hard it is to get a purple stone without messing your routing a lot. I wish the breakabke statues would give purple stones more often or always, they take an ult after all but most of The time its a blue one.

borkul1: the dlc was definitely just emphasising the good parts of this game while just kind of leaving the bad parts like relics, gaols and low skin variety to just kind of rot lmao

cake2806: To put my thoughts into it, I'd agree with a lot of your points. But personally for me, I really don't like how much it feels like most of the time is just running around looking for the purple crystals, it adds more rng onto the game that doesn't feel fun. And it sucks that 50% of the time your luck is bad and you have to go across the whole map just to find some, which if you're again really unlucky, will spawn the ring back over where you came from, thus making it take even more time. I really just wish they added more ways to get around the map horizontally.

ethanpispas4098: My biggest problem is the ranking system and the fact that you derank. After you unlock a depth you should be able to choose what depth you wanna play UP THAT. The current system heavily discourages you to try different builds and just play it safe.

toreole: My wishlist for nightreign is pretty much mainly having different kinds of quick communication messages / pings. E.g. "lets split up", "yes", "no", "first off" and "then". Just the pings on themselves are really limiting when playing with randoms

SirDomselot: The Fact, that they want just 15 bucks for this is insane. I played nightreign over 130 hours before the DLC. Now i got the DLC and i think its getting another 100 hours.

Praetor13: Honestly, I feel like my expectations were pretty low with this DLC too, but I still can't say it even remotely exceeded them for one reason: there's only 2 night 1 and 2 night 2 bosses for each new Nightlord. That is just flat out unacceptable to me. When the entire game is "look at all of these assets that we copy pasted!" and they could only copy paste 5 of them (obviously there's more that goes into the DS1 and DS3 bosses), that is the laziest shit ever. If Mohg is in the DLC, then they can put in Rellana, Messmer, and Midra as well, don't even need to add new moves to them, just put them in as is, pretty much everyone and their mom loves those bosses any way. I get that they made an entire map and updated the old one, along with new nightlords and characters, but still, how much effort can it really take to port like 2 more bosses from SotE for each of the nightlords, or if they can't (which they clearly couldn't for whatever reason since they didn't), then they should've just put all 8 into the same pool. Runs got indescribably boring when all I see is the same 3 bosses over and over again while I was going after my first ED Balancers kill, and for that reason the DLC is just kinda meh to me. The Nightlords are amazing, the characters are amazing (Scholar being my new main), and I do really love the new map now, but you can't add a DLC to your "rogue-like" and strip what little randomness it already has down to a coin toss.

debbymaaz5440: ngl, but the biggist issure is still the rank system. The amount of leavers is unbelievable. Instead of losing points, the leaver have to get a time strafe. Beginning at 5 or 10 minutes and doubled everytime they leave again. They can´t queue up till the strafe is gone. Its so frustrating sometimes...

Nap-55: SOTE weapons would have been cool, but it would have made the relic system even more dogshit

FP Restoration upon Great Katana attacks

Attack power increased with 3 Light Greatswords equipped

Etc. all of those variations would water down the relic RNG even more, making the relics you want even rarer with no relic system overhaul.

AnimusDF: Evergaol meta lovers in shambles. So we back to actual freedom of build w fresh content and friends to do it. Guardian, Raider are eating good this paych ngl.
